At the risk of looking foolish, can anyone ID this plant/weed please?  It appeared in my raised bed earlier in the year (or late last year?) and is slow growing.  The 2 coin is 28mm diameter to give it scale.

In our local nature reserve in Kampenhout called Silsombos we found a lot of orchis these days
We call this a  Bosorchis - Dactylorhiza fuchsii ( syn Dactylorhiza maculata supbsp. fuchsii, Silsombos
