Roland,

If you want to buy it, you can order it directly from the botanical garden of Ljubljana, see link: http://www.botanicni-vrt.si/content/view/16/30/lang,en/
They are always willing to mail their books.

It's that difficult time of year when not a single crocus is in flower here and won't be for a couple of months at least. I'm not REALLY looking forward to autumn rains but they will breathe new life. Actually I'd welcome any rain at all here on the lower east coast of the South Island, unlike the north where devastating flooding has occurred.

The page 73 in your book Janis gives a whole new take on the wonder of Crocus vernus doesn't it? Well worth growing numerous seed forms.

Leslie, It is not my book! I only informed about it and scanned one page (73rd) for illustration because forms pictured on this page something resembles my famous variety 'CARPATHIAN WONDER'.

Here is my first spring flowering crocus :)
It is a very early flowering form of C. biflorus subsp. nubigena.
