Could you please explain in short what exactly is this IRG Index and how could this be useful to me?
I am a newbie, and I really have no idea what all these names and numbers are  ::)
Looks like a way of finding stuff. But where?

 Here is the link for the  latest index ( correct up  to January 2014) - http://files.srgc.net/journals/IRGIndex49.pdf  which lists which issue all plants, authors, places and so on  can be found in.
