Membership Type

We have several membership types. You can only choose the ones marked "UK" if you have given an address in the United Kingdom, or the "Overseas" memberships if you have an address which is not "United Kingdom". If you are buying a gift membership for someone else, then please email for assistance. If you have chosen e-member then you will receive emails but no paper whatsoever - you will access our Journal and other publications online.

Email correspondence options ( see grey box )

The SRGC goes further than complying with the UK Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We will use the email address which you give us to correspond with you about your subscription and other contractual matters relating to your membership, and ask you to acknowledge this fact. However we also allow you to choose what information you wish to receive from us - please select Yes or No to receive or refuse emails on other subjects.

UK Gift Aid ( see blue box )
If you are a UK taxpayer then please tick both these boxes to allow us to claim back tax on this and future subscriptions. This increases the value of your sub to us by 25p for each £1 paid.
You must be a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in any tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference. Please notify us if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate you can claim higher rate tax relief, on your Self-Assessment tax return or by asking HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
